      Apply before 05/10/2021.
    2. On-site registration: no discount.

Please provide copies of the following items for TSIEQ 2021 organizers to complete the registration process by using fax or email: the bank money transfer or wire transfer record, the registration payment notification, the remitter’s name, and the Student I.D. Card (for student non-member).

Cancellation Policy:

  • In the event of cancellation, a written notification must be sent by email to tsieq2021@gmail.com. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
  • Refund Requests
    1. Until Apri 30, 2019: full refunds after the administration and transfer fees have been deducted.
    2. Until May 15, 2019: 40 percent of the payment plus the administration and transfer fees will be withheld.
    3. After May 15, 2019: no refunds will be made. Refund requests after this date will not be considered.
  • Please note that all bank charges for remittance will be deducted from the amount of refunds, and all approved refunds will be processed after the conference.
